David J. Bruce, SIOR

David J. Bruce, also a founding Partner of The C. Chase Company, has been in commercial real estate for more than 20 years. After selling his small business in 1978, Dave joined Thorpe Bros, Inc. and was with their commercial industrial division until 1989 when he helped to form The C. Chase Company. Dave is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS (SIOR) and was previously SIOR Regional Vice President.
